Responsibilities:
--- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and property service operations within your assigned portfolio
--- Serve as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and the property management team
--- Ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
--- Track and manage work orders, ensuring completion of tasks within established timelines
--- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing responsive and effective communication
--- Collaborate with vendors to schedule and supervise maintenance work
--- Assist with property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

--- Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
--- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
--- Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
--- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. While previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination is a plus, it is not required. Strong customer service skills are essential, with the ability to professionally handle resident inquiries. A basic understanding of property maintenance and repairs would be beneficial, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
