Associate, Account Management to join our Growth and Strategy
organization.Responsibilities:Collaborate with account team
leadership to assist with operational functions of the account;
develop and execute account processes to meet business operational
needs and ensure compliance with client requirements; prioritize
risk mitigation by ensuring adherence to client MSA, regulatory,
and compliance requirementsTake ownership of operational processes,
implementing workflow enhancements to achieve operational
excellence; assume responsibility for various aspects including
account strategy, business development, account reporting, MSA
compliance, member firm requirements, team organization,
collaboration, and communicationPartner with account leadership to
standardize operational processes and implement enhancements;
assist with the implementation and integration of client Vendor
Management Systems (VMS); provide direction/oversight to junior AO
resources to ensure effective operations, collaboration and
information sharing; manage Contractor Labor Programs; coordinate
responses to member firm inquiriesBuild and maintain relationship
with client vendor management and/or procurement function to
optimize contracting; contribute to new account team onboarding,
onboarding collateral creation and collaboration platform
maintenance; ensure business continuity of the account processes
and resourcesLeverage appropriate firm tools and resources for
accurate and timely reporting; manage account reporting to include
pipeline, financial planning, engagement tracking, and responses to
client requests for information; coordinate response to other
required KPMG or client-required reportingUnderstand the
operational implications of the client Master Services Agreement
(MSA), statement of work (SOW) templates and rate card(s); ensure
compliance with MSA requirements (Information Protection Plan, Web
Controls, and so on); facilitate responses to client requests,
audits, and risk assessments; assist with risk management
activitiesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal
responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work

environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience
in one or more business related areas including processing of large
data sets, project coordination and management, and business
operations managementBachelor's degree from an accredited
college/university in business administration, finance or related
field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university
preferredExceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational,
problem solving, and analytical skills; ability to proactively
manage upwards; strong project management skills with the
capability to manage concurrent projects, prioritize multiple tasks
and apply proactive and creative approach leveraging firm tools and
resourcesSolid critical thinking and issue resolution skills, with
a drive to tackle complex challenges and offer effective solutions;
deep understanding of different business functions and engage, as
neededSkilled in assessing end-to-end processes, identifying gaps,
proposing solutions, and overseeing implementation; able to train
and supervise the work of onshore and offshore resources; effective
time management skills and aptitude to effectively manage
stakeholder expectations and delegate; ability to exercise
independent judgment to make day-to-day decisionsExcellent
presentation skills with ability to summarize and analyze large
data sets for leadership review; proficient in Microsoft Office and
data analysis/reporting in Excel is required; experience with
collaboration platforms, Customer Relationship Databases and Vendor
