Position Overview: We've got an exciting opportunity for a Texas-licensed physician in San Antonio. As a full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician, you'll play a pivotal role in your patients care to diagnose and treat various issues and injuries. Our collaborative approach involves working with a diverse team, including chiropractors, neurologists, orthopedists, and behavioral health providers. Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough medical examinations and assessments with a focus on evidence-based care.
• Diagnosing and treating various injuries.
• Developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Prescribing medications and treatments.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Documenting patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Communicating effectively with medical assistants and other support staff.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with patients.
• Educating patients about their medical conditions and treatment options.
• Providing empathetic and compassionate care.
• Adhering to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. Qualifications:
  • Actively licensed physician in good standing in the State of Texas.
  • Prioritize interventional pain management over the administration of medications.
  • 2+ years of practice experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current BLS certification, board certification, and DEA certification.
  • Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus, but not required. Expectations:
    • Efficient time management in our busy clinics.
    • Timely completion of notes/charting in the patient's medical record.
    • Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations and ethical considerations of the practice of medicine. Compensation and Benefits:
      • A Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours with no hospital call.
      • Employee position starting at $455k base. Total compensation commensurate with experience.
      • Paid holidays, PTO, health insurance, HSA, and 401k available after 90 days
      • All licensing renewals paid, including a budget for CMEs.
      • Malpractice insurance.
