Technical knowledge of both PC and Mac platforms is required.
Excellent customer service experience


Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:


Provide customer service to students, faculty, and staff of the University in relation to technology questions and problems reported.
Front line support is provided in person, on the phone, and responding to chat or ticket requests.
Responsible for troubleshooting and triaging computer hardware and software issues.
Load software, configure computer software, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Provide support for a large number of applications.


Hours:

Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
In person to start-remote option available after the first month with supervisor approval.


Qualifications:

Technical knowledge of both PC and Mac platforms is required.
Great customer service skills and troubleshooting skills needed.
